The first time I did this diagnosis was when I was a university student.
At that time, I was INFp, right? INFp, the name is like Mediator. And then, two years ago, two years ago.
When I took the same diagnosis again, I became ENFP. Next, it changed to E.
Right? So what's different is that I is introvert, introverted, and E is extrovert, extroverted.
Only that part changed, so today.
I'm really looking forward to what I'll become.
And everyone.
Even if you've taken it before, today you might have a different result.
So let's try it together.

And after that, I'll explain those alphabet letters.

So first.
Let's start from here. First, we'll go to the website, and that's probably.
I think you can see it on this screen, so if you can see the screen, it might be easier to understand.
So first, let's take the test.
And doing it.

And, yes, free personality diagnosis test.
To determine your personality type, please answer honestly as you are.
It's like, a bit scary. So be yourself and answer everything, that kind of feeling.
And.
So be yourself and answer everythingって感かんじだね
This test says 10 minutes, so.
で
While reading, it might take a bit longer, but.
First.
Question.
まず
I regularly make new friends.
Yeah, that's right, maybe.
I try to make at least one friend a year. I used to think that before.
So I'll go with that thought.
So first, let's start from here. First, we'll go to the website, and that's probably.
I think you can see it on this screen, so if you can see the screen, it might be easier to understand.
で
Well
Exploring unfamiliar ideas and perspectives is fun
Do you like new ideas?
Whether you like them or not, whether you find it fun or not
I really love this kind of thing, so I think so
To the strong side, the biggest circle
はい
Yes
Emotional arguments
Are not easily swayed by
Well, it's difficult
Emotional
なdiscussion、emotion discussionのyou move by it or notって
discussion, emotion discussion, whether you're moved by it or not
That's right. Yeah
そう
I think so
I think so. Oh no, I don't think so
Easily swayed by emotional arguments
So I don't think so. Quite emotional
or something like that, being swayed
なので
So
I don't think so
Not good at meeting deadlines
これね
This one
Deadline is deadline
Like Ayu
これまた
This again
Yeah, I meet deadlines. I meet them, but
Until the last minute
Until the last minute, but I meet them, so
Not bad at it
About this much. Not bad at it
Um, anxiety
I hardly feel it
You say 'uh' but it's anxious. Ah
I don't think so
Sometimes I get quite anxious about health and things, so
This one, I guess. I don't think so
I try not to make phone calls
これもね
This one too
うん
Yeah
I don't want to call, but
If there's
a need, I'll call
Um, Orange Chae with phone call? Well, I think so, I try not to call
はい
Yes
Yes, next
I like discussing ethical dilemmas
But maybe I don't like Paramus
When I see someone getting passionate about that kind of thing
I don't know why, but I kind of cool down on this side
So, I don't think so
If anything
うん
Yeah
I don't really want to have discussions or debates among friends. It's fine at work, though.
Um, rather than being completely honest
I prioritize being considerate. I see.
So, the truth isn't everything
the other person's feelings
を
and
before thinking about that
I think so. I really think so. There are things it's better not to know, honestly.
And there are things you don't need to say.
I think that's why I feel that way.
And, my personal life and work space are clean and organized.
Yeah, ah, this might be mixed in too. Quite a bit.
The bedroom and kitchen are clean, but my work desk
is where ideas just burst forth
so it's pretty messy. That's why there are lots of posters and memos on my desk.
うん
Yeah
This is, maybe
はい
Yes
ええ
Yeah
I often feel mentally overwhelmed. Just mentally at my limit.
Like, my mind is
exhausted, I guess. I often feel that way. Yeah, I think so.
Yeah, even if I feel anxious
it's not something I feel long-term
so I don't feel it strongly.
I like doing things as a team.
This is also tricky. Everyone likes doing things as a team.
Yeah, I like it, but I also like doing things alone.
But since this is asking about teams, I think that.
Yeah, the fun of an unexperienced, new approach
I find it fun. It means doing new things is enjoyable. I think so.
Fun
When deciding on a course of action
I value facts over other people's feelings. This is very similar to what I said earlier, but when taking action
facts
do you rely on them, or do you prioritize people's feelings first?
I don't think that way because I don't value facts.
I don't think so. I tend to value more what my friends or family might think.
maybe more so.
I often spend a day without making any plans.
It happens a lot, though.
Are there people who don't? Maybe, of course.
Within that day, I make a to-do list
for the day.
For example, today I'll meet this person, have this meeting
buy this thing, and so on.
Yeah, not that much.
I don't think I make plans every single day. Especially
I don't make any plans on weekends, so I think that way.
Yes, I hardly care about leaving a good impression on the people I meet.
Yeah, I don't care.
Or rather, well, I'd be happy if they think well of me.
If it's not a good impression, well, maybe I'm just unfriendly, or something.
How should I put it?
Honestly, I might not care either way. Yeah, I don't really mind.
Yes, I think so.
Without any prior arrangement, going to someone I'm interested in
and talking to them is easy. Ah, I see.
So, how should I put it, it's about going to talk to people without overthinking it, right?
ええ
Yeah.
Easy.
Or rather, but
I feel like there are more situations like this in life, somehow.
Not really.
Like a day before or something.
I don't think about going to talk to this person tomorrow and conveying this topic, so yeah, I might think that way.
But certainly, in the past,
when I met someone
I used to think about those things in advance, and since I was very social even as a child,
I thought about it a lot, so I really understand the feelings of those who think like that.
Now I might not think about it at all. And I'm not interested in discussing various interpretations of creative works.
I see. So, like art or
looking at art or movies
well, various people have their own opinions about it, right?
And at that time,
whether or not you care about
the opinions of various people, right?
Wow, I might not care.
The reason I think that is,
あの
um,
when I go to a historic town or an art museum,
you know, there's an audio guide, right?
And there are tour guides, right?
You know,
I don't feel like listening. Why is that?
I'm very interested in information from friends or family, but psychologically,
the opinions of people I feel close to,
well, you know, I'm very interested in their experiences, but those kinds of
well, so-called
opinions of people who are not close, who are distant,
I'm not very interested in, like critics or
yeah, I'm not interested in this, I think.
Well, it might be limited to friends or family.
People's stories and emotions resonate more powerfully with you than numbers or data.
Yeah, I also think so quite a bit.
Not completely, but of course, I do care about numbers and data a lot,
especially trends,
like how much it has increased in recent years, of course I care, but ultimately,
person
what that person thinks or that person's
how much they were helped by something
that tends to resonate more
であ
with
like how it can change someone's life so much, that makes me more moved or think I should try harder too
I think so more than that
はい
yes
also, probably, since we're about halfway done now, everyone let's try a bit harder
actively pursuing new experiences and knowledge. This is also similar to what we just talked about
pursuing new things
ああいう going after new experiences and proactiveというのはあるなって
like that going after new experiences and being proactive, I think
こと
thing
だね。うん
right. Yeah
pursuing, I think so
that things might go in a bad direction
I tend to worry. Yeah, this is also like the earlier one
あの
um
how should I put it, I think it's about being negative or positive
like, if it were me from exactly a year ago
I was in a period where I wasn't feeling very well, and at that time, really
I think I became quite negative, to the point where I felt that people become negative when they're not feeling well
but now, I've kind of gotten out of that bad, or
I've gotten out of that negative feeling, so
yeah, I don't tend to worry as much
I don't think so, I don't think so
うん
yeah
I find doing hobbies or activities alone more fun than doing them in a group
Well, I think groups are more fun, especially like a group of friends
because
like going to an amusement park, maybe that's an extreme example, but going to an amusement park is definitely more fun in a group
and hobbies too, what is it
what hobbies have I done recently? Um, walking
um, walking isn't really a hobby, is it?
but anyway, going with someone is more fun, so I think so
as a job, writing a fictional
story, I can't imagine myself doing that
um, because even this podcast, you know
it's not fictional, but I'm writing a story
I don't think so, I can totally imagine it
and I also like reading books like that, so this
not at all
I don't think I can't imagine it, it's a bit hard to answer, right?
making efficient decisions even if it means somewhat ignoring the emotional side
I prefer
ah, so this is
ah, do you prefer efficiency over emotional judgments? Um, I'm more of an emotional person, so I don't think so
I like to relax after doing what I have to do
um, this is something everyone does, right? But in the end, I think it's human nature to end up slacking off
yeah, I don't think so more than that
I'm quite, you know
I'm the type who pushes to the very last minute, so
like, you know
yeah, I often do things after I've relaxed a bit, honestly, yeah, yeah, so
い
yes
it's getting closer, half done, really, uh, next, when there's a disagreement, prioritize proving your own point over hurting others' feelings
を
over
proving your point
ah, this might be a bit different from before
so, do you prioritize what you know, what you think
or others'
feelings first
which opinion do you prioritize, right? This, you know, friends
or people from work, it changes a lot for me, but with friends, of course, I prioritize friends' feelings
し
and
especially if a friend is being emotional, I prioritize that
but if it's at work and it affects, like, goal achievement or something, I'd prioritize my own point
I guess
その
that
daily
thinking about it
I'd prioritize others' feelings, so I don't think that way
I'll go with that
In social settings, I usually wait for others to introduce themselves first
ah, that's right, I might forget to introduce myself, so yeah
it's not that I hate introducing myself, I just forget
next
sometimes deadlines change very suddenly, yes, it happens, uh, when I'm hungry or sleepy, I'm like a child, but
like, getting sleepy
or sad when I'm hungry, so this is very common
I find emotionally resonant things more persuasive than fact-based arguments, yes, that's right
the last minute
here it comes, everyone
I've been saying this, the last-minute finale, at the last minute
I often end up doing something finally
yes, that's me, completely me
ah, what
です
is it
hey, do you all procrastinate at work?
I often prioritize tasks, plan efficiently, and finish well before the deadline
ah, that depends on whether you like your job or not

So you realize there are people who think differently from you.
And really, when you're a university student, your perspective is narrow, and moreover.
You only meet and hang out with people you like.
When you become a working adult, you meet people you've never talked to before.
And you realize, 'Wow, they really exist.' Then you wonder, 'What should I do when talking to someone like this?'
It made it easier to think. For example, I'm driven by emotions.
But if the person I work with is someone who really cares about logic.
I think, 'Ah, I should explain with logic to get them to understand.'
Conversely, since that person is driven by emotions, I wonder if explaining mainly with emotions would help them understand.
That kind of flexibility.
You can use it well, so I thought it was really great.
And the weakness, conversely.
What I think is really a pitfall of MBTI is.
Like, you tend to think you're inferior or something.
For example, 'That person is INTP, so they're cold' or.
'I'm ENFP, so maybe I can't do this job'—you tend to assume things.
I think everyone has this tendency.
But I hope you use MBTI freely without limiting.
Your own possibilities or the possibilities of those around you.
That's my final message.
So, after all, enjoy taking the MBTI test.
And use it as one hint to understand yourself and others.
I think it's good to use it well.
It was really fun, but it's been a while.
I remembered.
But hey, I'm still an ENFP.
And still a campaigner.
So I haven't changed much in these two years.
That's what it means. It might be a good thing, but.
Surprisingly, what was everyone? Like, among people around me, what was common? Let's see if it comes up.
Well, you know, ESFJ people
が
are
there are many, somehow
the type of people who like taking care of others
and there are entertainers too, and also, another friend was what, ENTP, maybe there are more
Yes, I once asked all my friends about their MBTI and made a list
and then, quite
everyone was similar, so maybe the saying 'birds of a feather flock together'
might not be entirely wrong
Ah, it was fun, everyone, please let me know in the comments
And I think there are probably other diagnostic tests like this, so if there's one you'd like to do together
please let me know
それでは
