Privacy Policy
LingoDew collects only the data needed to provide accounts, sync, word-marking quota and subscriptions.
What we collect
When you sign in, your email address is managed by Clerk for authentication. Your word states, playback progress and subscription entitlements are stored on our servers to sync across devices. Anonymous watch events are used only to decide whether a video may be deleted after its retention period.
Third parties
Authentication is provided by Clerk, payments by Apple App Store and Google Play, and videos are played from YouTube. Each service processes data under its own privacy policy.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account removes your personal learning data. Store transaction records are retained for legal and accounting purposes. Deleting your LingoDew account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel at the store where you subscribed.
