Translation

Bambi's story stopped me in my tracks.
She was so tiny that rescuers thought she was nine weeks old, but she was actually five months.
That absolutely broke my heart.
When this stray puppy Bambi was dropped off at All Creatures Great and Small, she collapsed immediately and was rushed over to the vet.
All Creatures Great and Smallに届けられたとき、彼女はすぐに倒れ、すぐに獣医に運ばれました。
No one knew if she would survive the night, but Bambi was not ready to give up.
After several nights of around-the-clock care, she was finally starting to get stronger.
She made it to foster care, and with lots and lots of love and attention, she was acting like a puppy again.
As someone who has foster dogs coming from hard situations, the tail wag and seeing the light come back to her eyes was everything.
You can just see Bambi's spunky self starting to come out.
And then the best thing happened.
A family, of course, fell in love with Bambi because who wouldn't?
And she found her forever home.
Three months later, her family brought her back to visit.
Her rescuers could not believe their eyes, and I cannot imagine how emotional that reunion was.
This tiny puppy who couldn't even stand was so full of life.
As a dodo editor, I see a lot of rescue transformations, but ones like this get me every single time.
We love you, Bambi, and thank you to everyone at All Creatures Great and Small for giving her a chance.
All Creatures Great and Smallの皆に感謝します。
