こちらもえ三みつに分わけて紹介しょうかいしていきます。

まず一ひとつ目めが正ただしい知識ちしきを持もったボランティア活動かつどうです。

被災地ひさいちへ行いって直接ちょくせつ片付かたづけを手伝てつだうボランティアは復旧ふっきゅうの大おおきな力ちからになります。
Going to the affected area and directly helping with cleanup is a great force for recovery.
ただここで一番いちばん大切たいせつなのはえ
But the most important thing here is,
まあ自己完結じこかんけつというか現地げんちの負担ふたんにならないことがまず一番いちばん大事だいじです。

なのでこの三みつの方法ほうほうでまあ被災地ひさいちを助たすけられる復旧ふっきゅうを支援しえんできる方法ほうほうだと思おもいます。
