I think your personality often has an influence.
例たとえば私わたしはずっと同おなじことをするのが得意とくいではありません
For example, I am not good at doing the same thing for a long time.
だから一ひとつのことが終おわってから何なにかをするより
So, rather than doing something after finishing one task,
その間あいだに別べつのことをする方ほうが楽らくです
it is easier for me to do other things in between.
それから私わたしは

怠なまけ者ものなので
a lazy person,
一度いちど長ながい休憩きゅうけいを取とってしまうと
so once I take a long break,
そのあとなかなか仕事しごとができません
I cannot easily get back to work afterwards.
だらだらしてしまいます
I end up slacking off.
だから短みじかい休憩きゅうけいを何度なんども取とる方ほうが私わたしには向むいています
So, taking many short breaks suits me better.
