This time I took on a new challenge. Yes, here it is. I made this drip bag called Podcast Coffee together with THE COFFEE. This is caffeine-free coffee, so you can drink it anytime without worrying about the time. I filmed at THE COFFEE once 4 years ago, drank coffee, and from then my concept of coffee changed. And for the past few years, I've been thinking about whether I could combine Japanese education, which I love, with coffee, which I also love. When I consulted THE COFFEE about it, they gladly said let's do it together, and this time this product was completed. Since it's caffeine-free, it's fine to drink while working or studying, or you could drink it when taking a break after finishing housework. And as the title of this product says, there's a QR code on the back of this drip bag, and if you scan that QR code, you can listen to a limited podcast. This is for those who bought this drip bag; you can scan the QR code and listen on YouTube. If you buy the Podcast Coffee set, this card comes with it. On the back of this card, there's a QR code where you can download the script, so if you bought the set, please download the script and give it a listen. This time I wrote handwritten messages. I wrote a few different versions, so if you bought the set, please read those messages too. The set also includes a bundle of these two books I published this year, so please check out the shop's online store in the description of this video. You can purchase it at THE COFFEE's store, in-store, or at THE COFFEE's online store. However, we can only ship within Japan. If there's anyone who wants it shipped overseas, tenso.

Please try using a service that ships Japanese products like Amazon.com on your behalf. Also, I made a web page for Podcast Coffee this time, and it's in the description of this video, so please check it out. Thank you for waiting. Here's the espresso hojicha latte. Thank you. So cute. It's here. The espresso hojicha latte. Let's have it. The latte art is so cute I almost don't want to drink it. Delicious. Of course, the espresso flavor is there too, but you can really taste the flavor and aroma of the hojicha. If you like hojicha and coffee, please give it a try. Now I'll have the shop staff explain how to make Podcast Coffee deliciously. Okay, let's start brewing now. Give it a light shake to level the grounds, then pour as if covering the top. The water temperature should be around 90 degrees, so please measure it if you can. First, pour water over all the grounds. Wait about 20 seconds. Then, in 2 or 3 pours, pour a total of 160g of water. That's the flow. Once it's about 80% full to the top, stop once, and wait for it to drip down a bit. The more carefully you pour the water, the smoother and cleaner the taste will be. Rather than being careless, focus on that one point and pour gently and slowly, and the taste will be milder too. That's true. If you rush it... Yeah, I tend to just pour it all in at once, but if you take just a little extra care with the water, the taste will be that much better. Finally, one more pour, and once you've poured up to 160g, it's done. Just a little more. Should we go all the way to the top? It takes about 2 minutes in total, right? It really is 2 minutes!
Amazing. Podcast Coffee uses the Mountain Water Process to remove caffeine. This method uses no chemicals and processes the water safely, and it's said to preserve the original flavor of the coffee. Let's have it. What's really surprising is that this is decaf, but you can't tell. It's so full-bodied and rich in aroma that you wouldn't think it's decaf. I really love relaxing while drinking this. So I'd love for you all to try it too. Of course, this decaf coffee is also specialty coffee. Please give it a try. I was planning to talk while walking outside, but unfortunately the weather is really bad today, so I'll film inside the shop a bit. There are 3 main reasons I created this Podcast Coffee. The first is that I wanted you to enjoy learning Japanese from various angles. The second reason is that I wanted you to drink it when you take a break without worrying about the time.
