This is Hajime Syacho.
Haunted spots
I've tried visiting
is what it is. Hajime Syacho has really been to so many haunted spots and accident properties.
I've been to so many that there's almost nowhere left to go. Recently, I've been to haunted spots in Kyushu,
and I've really been going around to haunted spots all over Japan.
That's the situation. Also, where does Hajime Syacho live? In Shizuoka Prefecture. I'm sure the haunted spots in Shizuoka Prefecture
are almost all
exhausted,
or so I thought, but there was an incredibly dangerous accident property in Shizuoka,
so this time I'm going there specially.
It seems like it's been off-limits for the last few years, and no one has entered it, or so I've heard.
What I thought was scary was that I took a quick look at it recently.
When I saw what the accident property building looked like,
a neighbor nearby called out to me, 'Are you Hajime Syacho?' and when I said, 'Yes, I just came to take a look at this house,' they said,
'I wish it would be torn down soon,' just like that. It seems to be a property that makes the neighbors wish it would just disappear. I'd like to hear the details from someone who actually knows.
I really only know that much information. At least I know the impression of the people around it is the worst.
I'd like to ask someone who knows more about it.
Scary. Nice to meet you. Shizuoka City Hall, nice to meet you. Ah,
Unno Co., Ltd.
運うん
Unno.
I am Masato Unno from Unno. Mr. Unno, thank you for today.
Thank you. Mr. Unno, what do you do?
Well, my main business is demolition work, tearing down buildings,
but I also have another company called Unno Co., Ltd.,
where I also buy real estate. Yeah. Well, this property is one of them. I want the real estate and I also want to do the demolition work for my main business,
so for this property, there's both demolition work and real estate sale involved.
I see. So, we are currently in a place called Fujieda City, Shizuoka Prefecture,
right?
Is that a building there?
Yes, it's a four-story building. A four-story real estate property. Is that going to be demolished? Yes.
So I can go in before the demolition. Yes, that's right.
Could I ask you for some detailed information?
Well,
honestly, I don't know the details,
but about 40 years ago, there was a gas leak accident,
and the family there passed away,
and it's been
left abandoned for 40 years. 40 years
abandoned.
And from what I heard, for quite a long time,
it's been off-limits and no one has stepped inside, I heard.
How long
has it been since anyone entered? Well, basically no one has entered since the accident 40 years ago,
but because it's dangerous, it's been fenced off and netted,
and it's been like that for about 30 years.
そんな
Such
a long time that no one has been allowed in,
the building. It's like,
it wasn't even possible to trespass. It was heavily barricaded.
Since it was a building that was completely sealed off, even on the internet, I thought it would be almost impossible to enter.
We will be getting permission to enter it at the same time as the public release. A neighbor
came by once, right? Yes, that's right. I didn't know either, but it seems they were there. Yeah. To buy that real estate, there were about three people
well, people who inherited it
and with one of them
we just can't get in touch by postcard.
It's scary.
ね
Yeah.
Earlier, when I was with you
we looked around the high-rise building a bit.
There was a neighbor there, and we talked a bit, but
that person is extremely scared, or rather, is it dangerous? The rumors in this area, I think there's probably no one in this Fujita city who doesn't know about it,
even if they don't show their face, well,
it's a famous haunted property. Yeah. Even from Fujita City
からも
somehow
complaints or something are coming in.
That's right. In the end, as for the neighbors, they don't know who the owner is, so there's only the administrator.
The administrator has been told by the neighbors for many years to do something about it, but even with the power of the administration, you can't just destroy someone else's property. Yeah.
Anyway, from this Fujita station
it's a 200-300 meter walk
ですから
so
is it close to the station? After all, having something like that within a 200-300 meter radius of the station for 40 years, even from the administration's perspective,
well, I think it's something they want to do something about.
That public participation
somehow a postcard
で
and
we got in touch with the owner and the ownership was transferred. That's right. Yes. Entering for the first time in over 30 years.
That's right. I haven't seen the inside since I bought it, so I don't know what it's like inside, I don't know anything. Someone might be collapsed in there.
Or cats might be living there, I have no idea at all.
I understand. I will have it opened. I will take responsibility.
I'm also curious about what's inside right away.
Since there was an accident like that
something might happen. I don't know, but
let me investigate it a little bit, I will
take a good look. Please. Yes.
So, first of all, they are going to open the barricade that was sealing it off. That's right. My construction department is coming around, thank you.
Is that for me to enter?
I'm so sorry. Let's head towards the site right away. Thank you.
Yes, so we've arrived near the site.
It's really just a few dozen meters from the station.
It's right here.
This is the building.
Wow. It's amazing.
It's a four-story building, so it's quite large. I'm going in here alone?
This is crazy. These past few years
with izakayas and people passing by
it's just standing there. This is
I can see why people around here would feel like it's definitely haunted.
I'm going to do it.
Yeah, that's right.
It's not just a building, there was an incident here after all. Perhaps that is also an important role for the buyer.
Yes, so without further ado, I'd like you to break the red door. Please go ahead. Please. Please.
すごい
Amazing.
わあ
Wow.
The padlock broke. Oh no, it's stuck.
Wait, this is seriously scary.
This is the first time in thirty-something years, right? That's right.
There's nothing else to see here, is there? That's right.
Wait, already?
The smell is intense.
I see.
I don't really get it. Yes, so with this...
This building that people have been wanting to buy for thirty-something years.
Right now, seriously...
It seems this door has been opened for the first time in thirty-something years.
I'd like to go inside, but since it's a stigmatized property, even if I go in from the evening...
That's not it. Once it gets deeper into the night, when it's late at night...
Alone...
I want to explore the inside of this building.
Please wait a while.
See you later then. Alright.
I thought it was quite dangerous, so...
I heard that staff are waiting in the car.
The rain...
It's terrible. By the way, it's quite late at night. It's around 11 PM, so it's getting quite dark. Yes.
So, I'd like to go in right away.
Alright, here I go. It's already been opened, so I can enter from here. Going in.

Maybe I should put on some gloves.
Alright. Okay.
It's not like I'm going to stop, so I can go in alone. But honestly, this is seriously scary to do alone.

Going in.

Is it a sad photo of someone who passed away?
It's really
that there was an accident and they passed away, but if that hadn't happened, it would probably be a very normal
happy family, I feel.
Judging by the things in this house, I get that feeling. Because they passed away in a sudden accident,
it feels like it's just that. The horror of happiness being snatched away in an instant.
That is also, you know.
It's scary because it's so normal, the fact that it remains.
The tatami is very clean, isn't it?
They must have used this house with great care.
And since the station is close, when you look outside, this is what you see.
This place is, well, like this.
It's beautiful, this room.
