I think it's a German system, if I remember correct correctly, and it's called Zettelkasten.

I found this system really interesting.

It's a system to take smart notes, and I like how simple it is.

Basically, it breaks it down into three simple notes that you take.
基本的に、取るメモを3つのシンプルなメモに分けます。
You can take fleeting notes, which are thoughts, random thoughts, like you you said earlier, right?
フリーティングノートが取れます、つまり思いつき、ランダムな考え、さっきあなたが言ったようなものですよね？
That come to your head, and you want to capture them somewhere.
頭に浮かんできて、どこかに記録しておきたいものです。
And then we have the literature notes, which are notes from things you consume.

So, in today's episode, we talked about the importance of living your English, consuming content on topics that are interesting for you.
