Translation

These two dogs basically just showed up at your door.
Is that right?
Yes.
はい。
So at first when I saw them, I was like, "There's huge wolves outside," because you can like see them really.
And so I don't know what it was at first, but I'm not gonna like an animal go hungry.
I like left that food out, and then they ate it.
Left for like two weeks, and then they just showed up while we were playing outside with my daughter.
It's interesting that they were so drawn to you guys specifically.
I reached out to my like group chat, and I'm like, "Hey, anybody missing dogs?
Nobody was.
They eventually like chose our house to just stick around, no matter what.
I wonder if sometimes they just know when somebody's like the right vibe.
They loved our family, being a full-time mom.
We would go on two walks twice a day, and they just really like took both sides of the stroller, just became these like protectors.
That I think they knew I needed as a mom.
Even my husband started like coming around and being like, "Okay, these are like great dogs.
" Four days later, like after we had like decided to keep them, we were on a list to get them spayed and neutered.
I get the Facebook message from this woman, and she basically like, "I think you have my neighbor's dogs.
" She sends me their names, and so while we're on the walk, I was like, "Okay, I'm gonna call them their names.
" And they just come to me whimpering, and so I start crying with them, and it's like that is 100% their names.
So I talk to the neighbor, and he's like, "Their gate is kind of broken, and so the dogs have been known to get out of their fence a few times.
" They ended up coming to our house and picking them up, and it was the sweetest, like, tender, sweet moment.
But I'm so grateful looking back that they chose us, and like I was that protection for them.
Has it inspired you to want any pets anytime in the near future?
I'm like, I could totally see me becoming like an animal compound one day of just like all these like animals in need of homes.
I guess we'll see what fate has in store for you for you all.
Definitely.
