が
am
going to make fat-burning soup. What was that word? The taste
of Ajinomoto umami is good
Well, that's it, that's it. Are you doing it? Yes, please. Ah, it feels like
I'm doing it like this
I have a report for everyone. I gained weight. Three
ええ
kilograms. Yeah
The reason for this is an increase in video content
I have to eat properly for that, and then there are the reproduction recipes
Also, an increase in business trips
Ah, this is the main one. Yes. Business trips and
I should eat from the morning
I gained weight. That's the situation
I have to be disciplined. Yeah, comments like 'you've gained weight'
are many
Until now
Drinking alcohol
My weight has increased by three kilograms
I guess people would say I've gained weight
Current weight is 58 kilograms. Yeah. The ideal is 55
I've completely gained three kilograms and it won't go back
This is it. So what I need to do is make fat-burning soup
I'll send diet meals from here. My weight will go back. Well
There are three reasons for this too
Like, can you trust a thin cooking researcher?
Maybe people think it looks more delicious if you're fat
Conversely, some people might think that if I'm fat, my cooking will make them fat
But basically, my cooking is for losing weight. Why is that? Because
the flavors are strong. You can be satisfied with a small amount of strong-flavored food. With bland food, you have to eat a lot to be satisfied
Right. So my cooking is actually suitable for dieting, and quite
often people say it's strong-flavored, but I set it so you can be satisfied with a smaller amount than other dishes
The Ajinomoto I use, this time
I'll use it too, but with Ajinomoto, well, this satiety
center stimulating effect, amino acids. So when you eat amino acids, your satisfaction increases, and even with a small amount
you feel full
So this is actually out there
Based on this logic, there are quite a few manufacturers that add amino acids to powdered milk
To prevent obesity, they add amino acids to stimulate the satiety center so you don't drink too much
That's also a point
So using Ajinomoto can actually help you feel satisfied with a small amount and expect diet effects
There's a theory. So this time I'll be using Ajinomoto, and what I'm making is fat-burning garlic soup
Actually, this is a reproduction recipe of the fat-burning garlic soup. Yes
I'd like to do that. Everyone, let's diet together with me
The ingredients are simple. The secret to diet meals is that they are simple, easy to get ingredients, and easy to make. Yes
Cabbage, bean sprouts
Pork. Yes. Please use pork pieces with
less fat. Yes. If you use pork belly, you'll gain weight. Yes
If you want to make it even leaner, chicken breast
slices are totally fine too. Yes
And garlic, well, garlic really helps increase satisfaction, so for fat burning,
well, it's not so much that it burns fat, but rather by combining various vegetables and meat,
replacing one meal with soup allows you to feel satisfied with the others. Yes.
So this time, there are five ingredients. With this many, it's pretty easy to make, right? Yes. And mayonnaise is,
well, I didn't make it, so I'll add more. Two servings. Okay, I'll get started on this right away. Yes.
Well, I'm doing a diet where I drink alcohol, so drinking alcohol is the real deal. Real alcohol. Personally,
I don't feel like I get fat from drinking alcohol. When I drink, I don't eat that much.
But lately, for research, I've been eating a lot.
I've been eating more than I used to.
The other day, I was thinking of making Neapolitan pasta for a friend, and I saw a video of
beef Neapolitan,
and they told me, 'You smell like you're sweating,'
I saw it, and then we
went our separate ways. How
about that? My eyebrows are long. Well, some people like eyebrows. Anyway, I'll get started. First,
garlic.
I'm using 20 grams this time, but you can use as much as you like.
これがね
This is,
well, sliced or minced,
or crushed.
I'm doing a soup recipe that I co-developed with FamilyMart,
and that soup was actually quite well-received.
Like this, well, you can adjust the garlic, but I think it's fine to go with about 20 grams. Yes. A feature of the fat-burning soup is using meat
with little fat. It's about not using much oil, but it doesn't mean you shouldn't use any oil at all. Fat
is also, well, it's part of your constitution. So, the worst thing is all-or-nothing,
ね
right?
Not taking any fat, not taking any carbohydrates, or not taking any salt is not good. Because fat is,
fat is,
in the human body, if you don't take it for a meal, well, you'll get hungry,
and carbohydrates, like in ramen or rice, are said to make you fat, but if you don't eat them for a meal, you'll become a bit unhealthy,
so you should really stop thinking in extreme ways like skipping a meal. Yes.
But everyone doesn't want to learn about nutrition, so they yearn for something that says, 'Just eat this and you'll be fine.' Yes.
So, even though I say, 'You'll lose weight just by eating this,' it's true that you will lose weight, but if you really continue that,
it implies that you might become a bit unhealthy, so for everyone,
let's stop being extreme. Yes.
Even if you continue with the soup for work, it's perfectly fine, and it's balanced, but since there are no carbohydrates in this meal,
you can eat a little bit of carbohydrates elsewhere, like a small amount of rice. Yes.
So, I'll turn on the heat. And for oil, rice oil is good. Yes.
It's oil extracted from rice. Yes. Well, salad oil is fine too, but rice oil has
a better richness. Yes. Here,
garlic,
sauté with this tablespoon of oil,
if it's about this
amount, it's an amount of oil that won't be a problem for losing weight,
so please use just this much. Yes.
And for the pork, I'm using sliced pork this time, but thigh meat is totally fine too, so please use something with little fat.
Yes.
Of course, chicken breast is also totally fine. It's very important to eat everything in moderation. Yes.
So when you decide to lose weight, you tend to avoid things like fried chicken, rice bowls, or ramen,
but please eat them about once a week. Otherwise, you won't be able to keep it up, seriously.
So. Well, I'm fat right now, so I don't really eat set meals, but there are times when I have to eat them for work.
Fat. That.
Why, already.
So I think if we quit that job, our weight will go back to normal.
Won't everyone be sad if you quit your job?
Please say you'll be sad. Spicy chips. Spicy chips. Ah, chips. Garlic chips. Even if it's just the aroma, it really increases satisfaction.
ね
Right.
はい
Yes.
だって
Because.
I think garlic is a friend of dieting.
And a friend of dieting.
Is umami seasoning.
There are a lot of people who say they lost weight with my recipes.
I wondered why this was, and it's because many diet recipes don't use umami seasoning.
There are many that don't use it. This kind of organic food for weight loss.
There are many that are often mistaken for being eaten for a lifetime.
Exactly.
People who want to lose weight have a strong desire to eat good things.
Weight loss meals and organic additive-free meals that don't use umami seasoning are often mistaken for one meal.
It's often done like organic weight loss meals.
It doesn't matter.
If you want to lose weight, organic doesn't matter.
In fact, things that are artificially made can be more effective. Yes, like this.
I'll make the tail.
Yes. That's right.
Oil is necessary to make the tail. Yes. Turn it off.
This garlic tail. Sprinkle it.
Move it here. And.
If you are worried about the oil, you can throw it away, but.
I somehow.
Think that such a small amount with the garlic aroma is fine.
Yes.
Well, I'll put the ingredients in here. First, well, important for weight loss meals.
Tofu. It has protein, it's cheap, and it's really, really good.
Protein.
And I recommend firm tofu over silken tofu.
Do you know why?
Yes, that's it. Strictly speaking, the chewing frequency is.
Higher.
They say that chewing well stimulates the satiety center.
This firm tofu is overwhelmingly chewier. It has texture, so I recommend firm tofu. Yes, that.
Digestion also improves. And.
なんか
Somehow.
Together with that muscle wife. It's a good age, but. I am. Yeah, go ahead, go ahead. It's strong after all. Yeah, it's about the same. It changes. Good work. Oh. Well.
Honestly.
ね
Yeah.
If you can lose weight by walking, you should walk. Yeah.
Seriously, really.
そう
Yes.
I'm eating, but.
Doing that is stupid, you know. But I
am stupid, so I eat, but I don't lose weight. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
これ
This
えっと
um
the cloth
します
do it
Yes, cabbage, you can put in as much cabbage as you want
but again, from one to three times to 250. So, this is about, about 250, I guess. And well, shred it like this. Like this, yes, put in as much cabbage as you want. Yes, and add water. It's basically, well, because it's cheap.
The ingredients
are cheap. Cheap.
Very cheap. The point is that the ingredients are cheap. Continuing
cheap. Continuing cheap.
Yes, and then, the seasoning is really simple. But with the seasoning,
it becomes a soup that's a bit like motsunabe.
One, two
three, half, okay.
Add the starch here. And this is Hondashi.
Hondashi is fine too, but
is Hondashi the original dashi?
Why? Chicken dashi. I'm into it lately.
Chicken
If it's chicken dashi, Hondashi is totally fine.
It's delicious even if you make it with Hondashi. But this one is deep, so it adds depth. Chicken dashi. Dashi, yes.
It's really delicious. This
is miso soup
Miso soup was last week's.
Delicious. That's right. And chicken dashi is cheap, too.
Cheap. Relatively, Hondashi
can be replaced by it entirely. Yes. If you use chicken dashi instead of Hondashi, it will have a slightly different taste than usual, so I highly recommend it. Yes.
As I said earlier, adding umami increases satisfaction,
the amount of seasoning is one, two, three, four, eight
is. So this
by adding glutamic acid
a way to increase satisfaction
This is quite good. I want you all to try it too. Yes. And it's starting to
boil, basically, once the cabbage is cooked and the meat
is cooked, it's OK. Yes. Since it's cheap,
you can arrange it, you can put anything in it. Yeah.
You can put mushrooms in it too.
Mushrooms are really good. They definitely go well together.
うん
Yeah.
I've had it quite a bit, so the meat
can be put in from the beginning, but
putting it in later
there is. You know, if it's too hot, it gets tough,
so it was totally fine even after the cabbage was cooked. Shabu-shabu meat like thigh is also totally fine. Yes, like this. The meat, too, if it's too low temperature, the meat flavor won't come out, so I think I'll add chives too.
I think, well, you can add chives. Of course, you can add them, but this time I want to finish it cheaply.
Bean sprouts
はい
Yes.
Bean sprouts are cheap, so
Double bean sprouts today, yes, yes. About this much.
It's good to have vegetables in it. It's fine. For how many people?
です
is it?
えっと
Um,
It's not about how many people, it's five servings. Yeah.
It's a diet-conscious dish, this. And here, garlic
chips. Oh, and that's it.
で
And
で
and
pepper. Just this much pepper is fine, but you can add more if you like.
This is, I think, three times as much.
Yes, done.
This is the fat-burning garlic bean sprouts.
Done. Well,
let me break this up a bit.
The bean sprouts on top are still raw. Bean sprouts cook quickly, you know.
This amount of garlic, garlic, and then finishing it off with garlic,
eating it as a soup. Pork.
It's a bit,
あの
um,
it tends to stick together, but separating it is totally fine. It's rich in flavor,
so it's a soup that satisfies you even in small amounts.
Having a strong flavor isn't,
you know, just a bad thing.
Who is it? Not someone who looks fat. Someone with fat hands, well. Ah,
that's right.
は
Ha,
it has a last-six-times feeling.
That's right. The best kilos for the amount of garlic. Yeah.
Next time, I have to put out a little more. Yeah.
There's no diet feeling at all.
Absolutely. Seriously.
Is it okay?
This, the spiciness,
ここに
here,
I'm adding it.
There you go. With that,
capsaicin effect. No,
