Street Fighter: The Movie voice actors explained in about 8 minutes. This time, we'll introduce the past major works of the Street Fighter: The Movie voice cast.
The path I'm walking now is not the path of battle. Playing Ryu, one of the protagonists, is Hiroki Takahashi.

His past major works include Jonouchi in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Eiji Kikumaru in The Prince of Tennis, and more. Besides Street Fighter, in The King of Fighters he plays

it would have been fun if he appeared in the live-action Street Fighter too. Okay. You're the strongest fighter, right? What happened? Playing Chun-Li is Fumiko Orikasa. Mikan, the protagonist of Atashin'chi,

similar to Chun-Li. Who gave you that wound? Surprisingly a great character with lots of screen time. Playing Dan is Toshiyuki Suda, and for Capcom his representative work is the protagonist Soki in Shin Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams.

Don Savage is played by Cho-san, famous as Brook in One Piece. For Capcom, the enemy character Ramon in Biohazard 4, etc. He suits pathetic middle-aged man voices well.

is played by Toru Okawa. Okawa-san normally appears in other anime and games, so he's not retired, and it's unclear why he was replaced.
By the way, he's also the voice actor who played Ryu in Street Fighter III,

Since he's Japanese he could probably speak for himself, but they still assigned a voice actor to match the character, I guess.
Don't use cheats. Personally, the most visually accurate Mike Bison is played by Satoshi Tsuruoka-san. In Mushoku Tensei, whose anime season 3 aired in summer, he plays Zanoba, also the punch guy. In winter's Jujutsu Kaisen season 3, Takahashi Fumi...
Speaking of which, Bison and the next Balrog are still not implemented in Street Fighter 6. Despite being Shadaloo Four Kings,
that's right.
I can't believe I lost 2-to-1 to Chun-Li. Balrog is played by Junichi Suwabe. He's been playing Balrog since way back, and I personally think it's because he's similar to his junior character in The Prince of Tennis. He's famous for the narcissist line, "Be intoxicated by my beautiful technique."
He's been playing Balrog since way back, and I personally think it's because he's similar to his junior character in The Prince of Tennis. He's famous for the narcissist line, "Be intoxicated by my beautiful technique."
Where did this guy go in the second half? Zangief. He's played by Kenta Miyake, who plays All Might in My Hero Academia and also dubbed Bowser in Super Mario, whose movie was released in the spring.
He's the definitive voice actor for these super-muscular characters.
Blanka is played by Yuji Ueda. Before the remake, Rurouni
as Sanosuke Sagara in Kenshin, and in Pokemon

as Takeshi. Incidentally, until Street Fighter Zero 3 he also voiced Balrog,
but it was later handed over to Junichi Suwabe, whom I introduced earlier.
I'm surprised there was a time when Blanka and Balrog had the same voice actor.
Yuri, Bison's new agent, is played by Kumi Tanaka. She's mainly a voice actress for dubbing foreign films and dramas, and in anime
She doesn't appear much in anime.
Her most famous role is probably Max, the protagonist of Square Enix's game Life is Strange.
The one that was featured on NHK's Game Genome a little while ago.
Cammy, who is scarier with higher energy than I expected, is played by Miyuki Sawashiro.
She's the go-to voice actress for sexy older women, starting with Fujiko Mine in Lupin the Third, but this time she feels a bit too much like an older sister.
This isn't about the voice actors, but
Since Cammy is Bison's subordinate, does that mean this movie is set before Street Fighter 2 chronologically?
You lose. More of a pervert than strong. Bison is played by Taiten Kusunoki.
A mob character in Kingdom,
Morel in Hunter x Hunter, and others. It's been decided he'll play the final boss Raoh in the remake of Fist of the North Star starting this year.
Raoh, who hasn't appeared yet. The actual actor, David Dastmalchian, has played Mr. 3 in the live-action One Piece, and so on.

Akuma is played by Taketora.

Gen-san in Puzzle & Dragons, and he often plays old-man characters, but in Pretty Cure he once played a character just like Akuma. Speaking of which, Street Fighter 6 is doing a collab with Pretty Cure soon. Pretty Cure will appear in Street Fighter 6,
apparently.
Finally, as a bonus, this film's guest voice actor, Joe, is comedian and game streamer Kano Eiko. Last year
he was also a guest in the Minecraft movie, so this is his second year in a row as a voice actor, and in the past his own character appeared in Street Fighter II in a Street Fighter x Pocky collab, so he was probably invited because of his deep ties to games. By the way, I wondered who Joe was and looked it up, and he's an enemy character from the original Street Fighter.

Why did they bring in such an obscure character? Is it because he's the American representative?

I thought he'd only have one line, but he has way more lines than expected and his acting is natural. If you didn't know he was a guest voice actor, you might just overlook him.
That's it for the voice actor talk.
I didn't really understand the meaning of the movie's last scene, but
does it mean that this movie will have a sequel,
or does it mean that it connects to the game's story from here? If there's a sequel, I'll make another voice actor roundup video, so look forward to it.
