Fueling up before morning training is tough. It's Muscle Araru. Well, this time of the month has come again. Sponsored by Suplinkus,
this is the segment where I try various overseas supplements and freely share my thoughts on them.
First, I have some good news. The insulin mimetics I've introduced repeatedly in this series, Insuload and
Matador supplements.
They've been selling out to the point of being constantly out of stock and hard to buy, but finally the stock has stabilized and they've even made an easy-to-view special page.

Matador, every time stock came in it sold out immediately. These two supplements mimic the body's largest diamond, that is, the anabolic hormone,

depending on the body part, but both reps and weight went up by about 10 to 15 percent. That's a number you can't sum up in a word. Same hunger, me too. Not just weight, but the fullness of the muscle, the condition visibly changed, and so on. I felt the same way. And these supplements were also good to use while cutting. Fat and body weight kept dropping, yet muscle size and strength barely dropped, and in some body parts even increased. Lately I feel like my physique has grown a bit, and I think these supplements played not just one but two roles in that. They're back in stock, so please check them out if you'd like.
Now, in this segment I basically tend to buy slightly underground, sketchy-looking supplements, and in the past I've tried various supplements.

actually most products are lined up cheaper than other stores. They also carry beauty products, so please take a look. Now, onto today's main topic.
Concentrated Creatine Powder Unflavored, 45 grams, a product from CON-CRET.
です
It is
ね
right?
This is actually a product that has been quietly recommended in the community for a long time. With creatine, there's monohydrate, and within that Creapure, or Kre-Alkalyn, well,
there are various kinds, and among them there's actually a type called creatine concrét or CON-CRET. That's this. And this is
advertised as 7x concentrated regular creatine, well, roughly the effect of 5 grams of regular creatine can be obtained from CON-CRET creatine HCl, well, this
Right. Then it would be 0.75 grams.
with just 0.75 grams, or so they claim. This product itself contains 45 grams, so converted to regular creatine it's about 300 grams. It contains an ingredient called creatine HCl, and this HCl means binding a hydrochloride group to the base ingredient, in this case creatine,

that's the processing. It also has effects like improving solubility. And actually this one dissolves quite well. Inside the product there's a small scoop.
This is 0.75 grams. It's claimed to be equivalent to about 5 grams of creatine. As for my impressions after trying it, honestly,
for a creatine, the effects were a bit hard to notice, or how should I put it, well, that's how it was for me.
When I take nothing, I do feel quite a power-up, though. As for this type of creatine, the concentrated
type of products, there are many cases where for people it clicks with, it really clicks exceptionally well, so I think it's difficult to judge the overall evaluation based on my personal experience.
If you haven't really felt effects from general creatine like monohydrate or Kre-Alkalyn,
I personally think it might be interesting to try this once.
And there's one more thing, another reason I speculate I didn't feel the effects as much.
This is quite sour. So even if you put it in your intra-workout drink, due to the sourness limit, at a time with this scoop,
two or three scoops, well three scoops was a bit tough, that's about all I could put in.
I speculate that, as a result, the reduced intake was one of the reasons I came to feel the effects less. Even though they say 7x concentrated,
For the same reason, I feel it might be a bit difficult to dissolve this on its own in water or mix it into chocolate-flavored protein and drink it. It has a strong sourness, like drinking citric acid straight.
Well, it might be tasty if you mix it with some kind of fruity drink though
And when I first drank this, well it's creatine, and you put like bam into your training drink, right
Like tens of grams. Well it doesn't dissolve in a small amount of water, but yeah. And then the whole training drink
It became so sour it was undrinkable
There was a time when I ruined it, so even if you put it in your training drink, I think up to 2 or 3 times the sea buckthorn is the limit
But this creatine taste, there are people who get hooked on it, so if you're interested I think it's not a bad try
Now next. Next is
An electrolyte carb blend, a carb supplement

It provides a scientifically optimal blend of carbohydrates and sodium to maximize energy absorption while maintaining hydration without causing stomach discomfort. What does that mean? One included scoop gives you 24 grams of carbs
And it's designed so the glucose to fructose ratio is 1 to 0.8
And when multiple types of carbs are mixed like this, there's this multi-transport effect where energy uptake increases
So I think that's beneficial. Well since it's a carb supplement, nothing suddenly changes the moment you drink it, but I really like this supplement
Because first of all the flavor strength is designed just right. I think someone who knows their stuff designed this
Even if you put in two or three scoops, it's not too strong, it's firmly
at a comfortable concentration to drink during training. It's like a sports drink. And it has citric acid and sea salt in it, and you can really taste that too
During exercise or before exercise, if you don't take salt your performance won't go up, but with this you can naturally
take it in. And there's no issue with it being too strong at all. No matter how many scoops you add
And it dissolves very well, just shake a little and it all dissolves. The taste was quite good too. That drink that was popular a while ago
you know, there was that drink. I liked that one, yeah
It tastes like a lighter version of that. I thought the flavor direction was quite similar to Orangina
The price was 5,740 yen at the time of filming, and if you use it at a certain store it's 5,1
66 yen. I think you use about 27 grams or about 54 grams of this supplement at a time, so if it's 27 grams it's about 86 yen per serving
If it's 54 grams it's about 172 yen. Well if you're buying a plastic bottle of juice, two scoops is about the same. And during training I basically want to add carbs. Some kind of
That way I can maintain focus, and training performance lasts. And I can get through to the end without feeling too exhausted
and finish training. And this
supplement has fructose and
glucose in a good ratio so you can expect maximum uptake, so the performance at intake has changed
So I find this supplement very useful and use it almost every day, I think it was a good supplement

It's like that delicious lemon juice. Perhaps characteristic of low nutrition, the taste is really well-balanced, and even with two scoops it doesn't get too strong.
And since it contains salt, I think it will be especially helpful for maintaining performance during hot training or sweaty training. The effect is so-so.

I think it does increase the pump a little, but as for feeling an extremely strong pump from this, I can't quite say that.

It contains some ingredients you don't often see. I'll give you an explanation based on what I researched. First, Evozyme Complex 30mg
contains an ingredient called xylanase. It is an enzyme that breaks down plant cell walls

and they are ingredients that support proper insulin secretion.
Next, it contains an ingredient called phytase. I think this is the most important and geeky one.
There is an ingredient called phytic acid characteristically found in grains, beans, nuts, etc., and this phytic acid

or improve absorption efficiency of mineral groups essential for muscle contraction, it seems. It also contains protease.
It is an enzyme that breaks down protein into peptides and amino acids.
Well, it breaks protein
down into finer things. So that the gut environment doesn't worsen even when consuming large amounts of meat or protein. The pineapple in sweet and sour pork making the meat tender is also because of this protease.
That's the reason, you know.
And next to each ingredient there's an unfamiliar unit written, but these are not the amount of enzymes,
they are international standard units showing enzyme activity. Overall I think the values are slightly low to moderate.
As for my impression after taking it, I think it was hard to feel right away. Well, since it's also a digestive enzyme type,
although the product name says insulin modifier, the formulation looks more like digestive enzymes,
so the muscle-building aspect like Insuload or Matador was hard to feel. Well, among the supplements I introduced this time, this FueWell, and the Pump Non-Stim Lemonade were good.
