中国語ちゅうごくごでは蒟蒻こんにゃくって言いうのがあるんですけど、英語えいごだとちょっとなんて言いっていいかわかりません。
In Chinese there's something called蒟蒻, but in English I don't really know what to call it.
そして、その蒟蒻こんにゃくの上うえに味噌汁みそしるとかに使つかう味噌みそを塗ぬってあります。
And on top of that konnyaku, miso used for miso soup and such is spread.
この十文字じゅうもんじさんの、このマークがあるんですけど、なんかこれは意味いみがあるんですか?
This Jumonji-san, there's this mark, does it have some meaning?

いや、だって島津川かわの家紋かもんだからなんか家いえの家紋かもんっていう
Well, because it's the family crest of the Shimazugawa family, like a family crest

僕ぼくたち日本人にほんじんは家いえに昔むかしからずっと続つづいている
We Japanese have had in our homes, continuing from long ago,
マークみたいなのがあるんですけど、そのマークでこれを使つかったんですね。

それでお店みせを(始はじめました)。
And that's how we (started) the shop.
で、十文字じゅうもんじ屋やって(名前なまえを)つけた。
And we named it Jumonjiya.
そのマークのここがなんか漢字かんじの十じゅうみたい。
This part of the mark looks like the kanji for ten.
だからそれで十じゅうで十文字じゅうもんじってことなんですね。
So that's why it's ten, Jumonji.
