sales employees are called Life Planners
not limited to selling insurance products,
as the name suggests,
deeply involving themselves in customers' lives themselves is the job required of Life Planners

I was often asked what I should invest in
Meanwhile,
the actual state of such sales activities
was hardly grasped by the company. Life Planners and

distance is close,
and contact is becoming highly intimate,
since it is unknown where and what they are talking about,
management was not thorough,
and when [a Life Planner] commits misconduct,
the misconduct progresses at an accelerated pace,
and by the time it is noticed, it is too late
また
In addition,

the report cites as background to the series of misconduct
excessive performance-based meritocracy
As also pointed out in the report,

I recognize that it had strengthened motivation prioritizing short-term results
What had permeated among employees was
the idea that contribution to customers equals compensation
within the company it is called C equals C from the English initials
ただ
However,
contribution to customers in this case
is almost synonymous with selling insurance products
Initially, C equals C was indeed the idea that contributing to customers leads to compensation,
well, I think I was not wrong, but I think we need to re-examine what contribution equals compensation means

For employees who achieved results,
inviting them to Hawaii or Okinawa for recognition,
there was also a system called the President's Cup
What was repeatedly asked at the press conference was
whether reforming this kind of corporate culture
can really be done
Regarding the President's Cup, well, including the name, we are thinking in the direction of discontinuing it
I believe it does lead to excessively forced life insurance sales, so we are thinking in the direction of abolishing it
On the other hand,
I think a system to evaluate employees who properly face customers is necessary
Throughout a year, as a result, those who did correct, wonderful acts and actions toward customers, afterward
I would like to consider finding and evaluating and recognizing them
