だからちょっとスーパーよりもね高たかめなんですけれども、でも去年きょねんよりももう全然ぜんぜん安やすいなって思おもってます。

なんか1年間いちねんかんで倍ばいになったり半額はんがくになったりって。

ただこういった手てに取とりやすい時ときに我々われわれ消費者しょうひしゃが米こめをたくさん食たべてということが大事だいじですよね。
But when it's this affordable, it's important for us consumers to eat a lot of rice.
ではそんな新米しんまいおいしく食たべる方法ほうほう、金きん芽め米こめの坂本さかもとさんによりますと
Now, for how to eat such new rice deliciously, according to Mr. Sakamoto of Kinmemai,
鮮度せんどが高たかくみずみずしい新米しんまいは一いっヶ月げつ以内いないに食たべきるのがおすすめということなんです。
New rice, which is fresh and moist, is best eaten within one month.
さあではまずはね炊たき方かたから見みていきましょう。

新米しんまいというのは元々もともと水分すいぶんを多おおく含ふくんでいる。
New rice originally contains a lot of moisture.
そして水みずをね吸収きゅうしゅうする吸水きゅうすい率りつというのも高たかいそうなんです。

ですから洗あらう際さいはまず一回いっかい目めはさっと洗あらって短時間たんじかんで優やさしく二三にさん回かいすすぐだけでいいそうなんです。
So when washing, just rinse quickly the first time and gently rinse two or three times in a short time.
そして水加減みずかげんも結構けっこう難むずかしくないですか。

元々もともとね水みず多おおく含ふくんでいるということですので目盛めもりより一いちミリから二にミリ少すくなくていい。
