ここで動詞どうしの行いくを変化へんかさせた形かたち行いくならが使つかわれています。

行いくならというのは条件じょうけんを表あらわす動詞どうしの形かたちの一ひとつです。
Iku nara is one of the verb forms that expresses a condition.

条件じょうけんを表あらわす動詞どうしの形かたちで皆みなさんが最初さいしょに勉強べんきょうするのは四よっつあります。
There are four verb forms expressing conditions that you all study first.
たらととばとならとこの四よっつです。
They are tara, to, ba, and nara — these four.
実じつは今回こんかいの会話かいわの中なかではそのうちの二に種類しゅるいが使つかわれています。
Actually, in this conversation, two of those types are used.
一ひとつは今いま出でてきたならの形かたちです。
One is the nara form that just came up.
行いくなら。
Iku nara.
そしてもう一ひとつはこの後あとの会話かいわに出でてくる行いったらです。
And the other one is ittara, which appears later in the conversation.
この行いくならと行いったらは両方りょうほうとも条件じょうけんを表あらわす形かたちです。
Both this iku nara and ittara are forms that express conditions.
ただし行いくならと行いったらは使つかえる場面ばめんが少すこし違ちがいます。

Massugu means
全まったく曲まがらないということ、それから寄より道みちをしないで目的地もくてきちに直接ちょくせつ行いくことを表あらわします。
not turning at all, and also going directly to the destination without making detours.
まっすぐ会話かいわの中なかでよく出でてきます。
Massugu often comes up in conversation.
今回こんかいは私わたしはまっすぐですかというふうに言いいましたが、後うしろに動詞どうしをつけてまっすぐ進すすむ、
This time I said it as in massugu desu ka, but you can also add a verb after it, like massugu susumu,
まっすぐ歩あるく。

まっすぐ行いくというふうに表現ひょうげんしても構かまいません。
