切きり干ぼし大根だいこん30グラムを水みずでさっと洗あらいます。

洗あらい終おわったらボウルに入いれて600ミリリットルの水みずに10分じっぷんほど浸ひたして戻もどします。

では煮立にたってきたら、もしね豚肉ぶたにくからアクが出でている場合ばあいはアクを取とります。

火ひを消けした状態じょうたいで一番いちばん最後さいごに入いれることによってごま油あぶらの風味ふうみが飛とばずしっかり残のこって美味おいしく仕上しあがります。

では最後さいご仕上しあげにごま油あぶらを加くわえて全体ぜんたいを混まぜ合あわせたら完成かんせいです。

味噌みそ味あじがよく合あい、本当ほんとう豚汁ぶたじるに切きり干ぼし大根だいこんって珍めずらしいかもしれないんですけど、大根だいこんの代かわりに切きり干ぼし大根だいこん入いれているような感かんじでとても美味おいしく食たべられます。
It goes so well with the miso flavor, and kiriboshi daikon in tonjiru might sound unusual, but it's like using kiriboshi daikon instead of daikon, and it's really delicious.
切きり干ぼし大根だいこんは戻もどし汁しるにもうまみがあるので、戻もどし汁しるも使つかうことによって本当ほんとうね全まったく今回こんかい出汁だしなどは入いれていないんですけど、この切きり干ぼし大根だいこんのうまみが全体ぜんたいに広ひろがりとても美味おいしく仕上しあがります。
Kiriboshi daikon has umami even in its soaking liquid, so by using the soaking liquid too, I didn't add any dashi at all this time, but the umami of the kiriboshi daikon spreads throughout and makes it really delicious.
切きり干ぼし大根だいこんもそのまま使つかわずに。
And don't use the kiriboshi daikon as is.
使わずにちょっとこう水気みずけを絞しぼって食たべやすい長ながさに切きることによって、他ほかの具材ぐざいとも大おおきさが均一きんいつになり、食たべやすく火ひの通とおりも均一きんいつに仕上しあがります。
Instead, squeeze out the water a bit and cut it to an easy-to-eat length, so it's uniform in size with the other ingredients, easy to eat, and cooks evenly.

はちょっと少すくないかなと思おもうんですけど、戻もどすことによってカサや量りょうが増ふえるので、本当ほんとうこうやって豚汁とんじるにしても具沢山ぐだくさんに、本当ほんとうこう具材ぐざいを食たべる豚汁ぶたじるといった感かんじでボリューム満点まんてんに美味おいしく仕上しあがります。

お肉にくはまあ豚ぶたバラとか使つかってもいいんですけど、買かいやすい豚ぶたこま肉にくでもしっかりこうお肉にくのうま味みが出でて美味おいしく仕上しあがります。
For the meat, you could use pork belly, but even affordable pork komagire gives plenty of meaty umami and turns out delicious.
なので今回こんかいも本当ほんとうに常備じょうびしやすい切きり干ぼし大根だいこんやお手軽てがるに買かえる野菜やさい、あとね買かいやすい豚ぶたこま肉にくでボリューム満点まんてんに美味おいしく作つくれます。

本当ほんとう切きり干ぼし大根だいこんもたっぷり入いれてちょっとこう汁気しるけ多おおい煮物にものではないんですけどめちゃめちゃ具ぐだくさんで食たべ応ごたえがあるので本当ほんとうこの汁物しるものとちょっとおにぎりとかお茶碗ちゃわん一杯いっぱいのご飯はんがあればもうそれでね満足まんぞくできるくらい食たべ応ごたえもあって美味おいしいレシピになってます。
I put in plenty of kiriboshi daikon too, and it's not a simmered dish with lots of liquid, but it's packed with ingredients and so satisfying that just this soup with an onigiri or a bowl of rice is enough to satisfy you — it's that hearty and delicious.
