冷ひやしたぬきそばっていう食たべ物ものが岐阜県ぎふけんのソウルフードとして話題わだいになってすごくね流行はやってるんですけど、この間あいだお店みせに食たべに行いってすごく美味おいしかったので、今日きょうは再現さいげんしながら冷ひやしたぬきそばを作つくっていきたいと思おもいます。

耐熱たいねつ容器ようきに砂糖さとう小こさじ2、みりん大おおさじ1、だしの素す小こさじ1を加くわえ、600ワットの電子でんしレンジで30秒びょう加熱かねつします。

油揚あぶらあげ4枚まいに熱湯ねっとうをまわしかけて油あぶら抜ぬきします。

これも美味おいしいなって思おもったのが結構けっこうわさびがたっぷり添そえてあってわさびを一緒いっしょに合あわせて食たべると甘辛あまからいつゆにおそば甘辛あまからいつゆや甘辛あまからいこの油揚あぶらあげにわさびがすごくよく合あって美味おいしく食たべられるのでちょっとこうねおつゆに溶とかして麺めんと絡からめつつ。
