Looking at the data,
As of yesterday this month, Tokyo's sunshine hours are less than 30% of the average year.
Precipitation is more than 2.5 times the average year. Yeah, it's hard to feel cheerful,
and I think there are many people who are not feeling well. Amidst that, here is this.
How about this? It's called 'Tauhiro' (weather disease), and it seems the number of people complaining of symptoms of weather-related illness is increasing.
It is said that the autonomic nervous system is disrupted by the repetition of heat and rain, leading to symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, tinnitus, and nausea.
According to the director, the number of people with applicable symptoms has increased to about 2.5 times the usual year.
And this is the checklist, but Ms. Tauden, how about you? Does it apply? I also have a headache sometimes...
I have a feeling that medicine doesn't work very well when I feel foggy and painful, and there are times when I wake up at night but still feel sleepy during the day.
After all, when you get wet in the rain on a rainy day, your body inevitably gets cold, right? And when it gets hot the next day, I feel that managing my physical condition is really difficult.
I have a headache right now too. It's been like that since this morning.
However, this
There is something called self-care for this. According to Director Ito, what is recommended is an 'ear-twirling massage.' It is said that the vagus nerve, which is related to the autonomic nervous system, is concentrated in these ears.
Consciously rotate the ears forward
回かい
times
backward 20 times

each
Rotate them like this, and by doing this in 2 to 3 sets a day with breaks in between,
it is said that you can regulate your disrupted autonomic nervous system. Somehow, by doing things like this,
Yes, everyone. It might be important to increase your sleep as well. I want to look forward to this, but such measures are certainly necessary.
The weather that requires this will continue, won't it? That's right. What will be necessary in the future is a typhoon.
The development was slower than expected, but just a while ago at 9 PM, it became Typhoon No. 25.
And the latest forecast path for the typhoon has changed to be more eastward.
Why is it like this?
Is it changing? I'm feeling very
mysterious. Yes, because the development was delayed,
the extension of the high-pressure system also weakened. And since typhoons move along the edge of high-pressure systems,
the forecast path has changed to be more eastward by that much.
However, the forecast circle is still large, and there is a 70% probability that the center of the typhoon will enter this area.
So, of the forecast circle,
if it passes on the left side, there is still a risk of a direct hit on the Tokai and Kanto regions from Sunday to Monday,
and if it passes through the middle or the right side, it is expected to move out to the sea east of Japan,
but even if that happens, it may stimulate the autumn rain front and cause heavy rain, so caution is necessary.
Now, let's look at the forecast for rain and wind at this point.
This is the rain cloud caused by the typhoon, and it approached the Ogasawara Islands from Friday to Saturday.
When it becomes Sunday, active rain clouds will cover the Tokai and Kanto regions. Let's look at it in detail.
Monday
However, it's difficult, but there is a risk of heavy rain in the Tokai and Kanto regions from early morning.
After that, it is expected to gradually move out to the sea east of Japan.
It seems like it will hit the holiday weather directly, doesn't it? That's right. In western Japan, the rain is much less than the forecast until yesterday,
but in the Tokai, Kanto, and Tohoku regions, there is a risk of heavy rain depending on the situation, so please be careful. There are no rain marks at all.
That's true. Yeah. Please check the situation frequently. Please make plans that are not too strenuous.
