As part of my everyday ramen healthy lifestyle, which continues as always, Kawasaki's soul food has advanced into Chiba as well. I slurped up a bowl loaded with garlic, and here it is.

Let's go slurp right away. Desuko. Yes, hello. Today, well,
I'm near Funabashi Station. The shop we're heading to is Ganso New Tantanmen Honpo Nishifunabashi branch. Today, well, at Nakayama Racecourse after a long time,
Chief was offered every weekend Saturday and Sunday in September, but the only day I could go in September was this day. I went today. And after it's over, well, to slurp ramen
I'll go. Of course, well, even inside the racecourse I tasted Chief, and the next booth, Fukumen, well, here too
No, Fukumen was really delicious, truly. Eating that at the racecourse, of course there's a line. Even though it's a ramen shop at the racecourse, well, a ramen shop in one of those booths, they apparently change the broth every day. That's amazing. Well, every weekend, the regulars who go to Nakayama Racecourse, well, the horse racing regulars,
They get to eat a different ramen every time, so of course there's a huge line every time. I had a wonderful ramen. Yes, and after it's over,
I'm going to go slurp another ramen, so for now let's head to New Tantanmen Honpo.

Well, New Tantan shops often have this flashy, lit-up, sparkling look. Nishifunabashi does a Jiro-style menu.
I'm a bit torn on whether to eat that, but I also feel like eating regular New Tantan after a long time. Let's go slurp right away. Let's go.

I quite like the soup itself

it had a solid sharpness, that was good. It goes really well with garlic, doesn't it, that type of sharpness. Well, the noodles inevitably have this New Tantanmen
restriction that you have to use the so-called authentic noodles
well well well, in a good way, New Tantan's own original was created. I see, indeed. A New Tantanmen-style Jiro dish was created. Created

honestly I thought that was good in its own way, well, if you eat it expecting Jiro-style, some people might find it lacking, but those noodles in their own way went well with the tonkotsu soup, so I thought Jiro-style, or rather tonkotsu soup, might have potential, like it could be used in other genres
is what I thought a bit. I'm glad. Surprisingly
it's kind of established as a new genre, I think. Ah, good

Nishi-Funabashi branch, and it was delicious. Well, this time the limited edition
well, the price is quite high. The price is quite steep, but well, the pork, the pork soup, with love, for Tanjirō
they also make the kaeshi sauce and the pork and such, so it's a pretty solid price. Well, there's quite a lot of vegetables on it and the noodle amount is about 1.5 times the usual New Tantanmen, so there's definitely a good sense of volume. It was filling, wasn't it? But it's a sharp-tasting type, so it's quite sharp but also has sweetness, the so-called Jiro-style
キレ
sharpness
it tasted like that. The soup was delicious. The way the oil floats nicely on the surface, and I feel like the owner himself has studied Jiro-style quite a bit. The owner
was really young, and I ended up talking with him. When I looked properly later, he even chose New Tantanmen as his
training place, that sense is pretty amazing. Originally it was like Kanagawa Prefecture's soul food ramen, so choosing that ramen deliberately as a training place, that sense is quite interesting
simply the soup is rich, and well, the noodles, with that thickness, it's a bit difficult to get that slurpability or that sense of volume, even though there's a solid amount of noodles in there. But leaving aside the Jiro-style aspect, well, the soup is solidly delicious, so the balance between the noodles and the soup itself was good. I talked about this with Mr. Yamaguchi earlier too,
the tonkotsu Jiro-style soup, like a new possibility, like couldn't you make a new ramen based on this? Come to think of it, Sutaman and such are also kind of like that, well, Sutaman is based on pork and Shikishima and that area, but still it's tonkotsu,
in terms of soup, I felt various possibilities. Just because it's a non-emulsified soup doesn't mean you have to pair it with thick noodles, there's no such restriction. And also the fried rice was delicious. Well, New Tantanmen
he properly trained there and then opened his shop, so his fried rice technique is also solidly

voluminous Tanjirō-style set meal right on target, and I'm fully satisfied and full. Thank you for the meal
and so today's last video is over. Today was New Tantanmen Honpo
Nishi-Funabashi branch. Well, New Tantanmen
speaking of which, it's really from a long time ago, but what they call Isogen,
now it's become quite common, but as a shop where you can have stamina-style tantanmen, it's Kawasaki's soul food. And from there, they've now expanded to quite a few shops in the metropolitan area, and this time also the Tanjirō-style

and fried rice I'm having
but I got pretty full, but both the satisfaction and the volume were solid and it was perfectly filling, so it was a really fun food report. So, moving on to the comments I got from everyone,
Zuru-san, today's narration is echoing a lot. What's wrong, or like you recorded it in a karaoke room, there were some voices like that. Well, really, regarding this, I, well, many times
I did it, like, you know, voices were coming up here and there. Well, really, regarding this, well, I, well, many times
I think I've mentioned this in videos before, but every time, you know, I'd like to record narration here at the office or in a proper indoor place, but there are times when I just have to record outside, and in those cases I record in karaoke or, if there's a TV recording beforehand, in the dressing room, and the other day, there's this Kim Channel, you know,
the channel run by Gyotaku Kimura, the pachislot writer, where I appear on a show called Critical Sonic Mahjong, which is three-player mahjong, well, I had them let me film in an empty room at the mahjong studio where we record that damn 3-player mahjong,
I really do record in all kinds of places, you know, for narration and such. I'd really like to unify it, but inevitably, since I update daily, and now basically I finish the video the day before and properly check it by the next day to make sure there are no mistakes in information or captions, we're all managing it together, so I want to finish the video by the day before, and inevitably on the day itself, in this location,
there are quite a few times when I can't record, so I end up forcing myself to record in karaoke or something. I'd really like to unify this nicely if I could, but it just doesn't work out well. If I had a car, inside a car there's relatively little reverberation so it'd be easy to record, but I don't own a car, and I basically get around by train, so that's difficult. I'm really sorry if it's hard to listen to, but isn't there a good way to do this well? With video and editing technology having advanced this much, can't they fix the echo on audio? Well, I am applying something properly, and even with that, it's still hard to completely remove it. If anyone knows a good way, please, please let us know. I am a dietitian who is worried about Mr. Suzuki. I heard you've been eating ramen all the time, and I'm very worried about your health because your diet is unbalanced,
Do you get a health checkup every year? You're still young so you may be fine now, but as you get older the consequences of your eating habits in your youth will catch up with you, so I would appreciate it if you would consider meals other than ramen.
I wish you continued success, so, no, thank you very much. I'm happy that you worried about me, but I do get a full medical checkup,
every year,
I got one this year too, and this year, well, it's a bit, well, I've always gotten an A rating, but basically I just can't keep my triglycerides down no matter what. Well, compared to before, I think I've lost quite a bit of weight,
but still, there are inevitably parts where I get flagged, and when I got checked the other day, finally, they said, you're eating too much ramen. How,
They said that. Well, that's true. I am eating too much, and they said to my face, you're eating too much ramen. Not just ramen, they didn't say it like that, but they said it to my face, and of course there are things I could change with exercise or dietary restrictions, but still, for me, eating meals other than ramen is what I think causes weight gain the most.
I basically eat ramen for lunch. And then I eat nothing at night, and since I started living like that, I've been able to manage my weight and physical condition quite well. So at night, if, say, I have a dinner meeting, or I go out to eat with my family, and that continues, I get really bloated, and my body feels really heavy, like, oh, I'm going to gain weight, I don't know if you've had the experience of being overweight or if you're overweight now or have lost weight after gaining,
if you have that experience, I think you'll understand this,
like, oh, I'm going to gain a bit of weight from this, like you feel a sign that your weight is going to increase a bit, don't you ever feel that? Like when you're constantly eating and constantly full, and if that goes on for a month or so, it's like, this is going to make me gain weight, this
premonition comes to you. I think having contrast in your diet is quite important, so eating a lot and then making time to eat nothing is really good for the body,
I think I've mentioned this in videos before, but every time, you know, I'd like to record narration here at the office or in a proper indoor place, but there are times when I just have to record outside, and in those cases I record in karaoke or, if there's a TV recording beforehand, in the dressing room, and the other day, there's this Kim Channel, you know,
For me, in terms of what feels easier to move around, I've already stopped eating three proper meals a day. I drink a mud-like smoothie in the morning, eat a hearty bowl of ramen for lunch, and then skip dinner. And by doing this, I can create a state of hunger. I can wake up the next morning feeling properly hungry. If I eat at night too,
it really does lead to puffiness the next day and rough skin, it really happens. Like when I have a dinner meeting or something the day before and eat dinner at night, the next day my skin gets rough and stuff happens a lot. This is the method I've continued with after years as a ramen YouTuber, what I figured on my own would be better,
they say you should really eat three balanced meals and exercise properly,
I think being able to live a healthy life like that would be best, but with my job it's kind of impossible there
I've put all my meals into ramen, so it's pretty difficult
I don't know, from a nutritionist's point of view they'd definitely say you should do this and do that, there are probably various things, but I'm thinking on the premise that most of my diet
is taken up by ramen. That's all. Reducing ramen is impossible. I have to eat it, I have to eat it, it's weird that this has become an obligation, but as someone who shares ramen information on YouTube, I want to eliminate as much as possible things I don't know about ramen or haven't eaten. Even recently at ramen festivals
and pachinko parlor events, I get quite a few chances to talk with viewers, and at those times when a viewer suddenly brings up a shop, like oh, that shop over there has this kind of flavor, I want to talk about that,
right. I think they come because they want to talk. Well, not quite ramen-related, but I myself want to become, like among people around my generation, the most knowledgeable in Japan about it. Of course I want to keep doing this for a long time, so
there are a lot of parts I have to be careful about regarding my body. That's it.
I really need to be careful about my body going forward. That other Ko-chan hasn't shown up at all anymore. It's not like that, so he should be going to the gym, but did he quit in the middle, I hope he can do it
he's probably talking about Ko-chan. On the major premise that Feel Body is ongoing, really already

it goes through Odori, and when I released the chilled rich tonkotsu gyokai Butamus, after that with the taste correction program, I had Mai-san from Mainichi Shigoto cooperate for a day to try living a healthy diet for a day, Ko-chan appeared in that too. This is false. Please really stop spreading lies like this. By spreading lies like this, people around start thinking that's the case on their own, and they don't watch me correcting it now and only that info walks on its own. We're really in such a scary time now, so seriously please stop. Writing lies like this, seriously, if you're going to write, please research properly, seriously. He sometimes appears on the sub-channel too, and people immediately try to stir up someone's fight like this, so seriously stop. Please, really. I'm still doing Feel Body now, and Ko-chan appeared in the recent video, and we've never had a falling out, so, though Ko-chan has also been looking after this body for like eight years now,

thank you for watching for a whole year, and moreover thanks to you, really, my health condition is fairly good, eating only ramen every day, and this year too at a pace that will probably exceed that, yet staying healthy, being able to build this kind of body while watching this Mendo is also thanks to Ko-chan, and of course without a doubt, I myself had never gone to a gym at all originally, but thanks to Ko-chan I learned the importance of training and the fun of it, so please really stop spreading such misinformation.
