I've actually visited before, and Ganko means salty and delicious, this dashi-packed
umami and then this intense saltiness

No, really, aren't you the most famous face in short videos right now, I'm extra slow
Extra, you should have called me much sooner, then can I just get a little loss, just a little loss
It's the same. Really, like with FamilyMart ramen, trying to kill the flavor with salt, with salt
Trying to kill it
No, that's not it. Trying to kill with freezing. From the inside this year. From the inside. I originally
This summer you put out the chilled rich tantanmen for me, right. Well, that was really salty, salty barbear. Dateuma-san, please eat it too. Yes. If anything, don't you want to defend it a little. The moment I ate it, I thought this is already消気
It's too salty. Too salty. I thought, but when I mixed it and ate it, it was salty but also a little sweet, and overall delicious, and when I said that, it's authentic. Comments were crazy
Seven's chilled pepper soba. That was a straight-line taste. Tsuru-san's had proper sweetness too
Thanks to that ramen you put out for me, my saltiness got a little diluted. Since I'm doing it in one take, please put that out. Tsuru-san was like, eh, that too
Because I put out a salty one, behind the scenes ramen
Tell the Oya family to put out an even saltier one, like that. After all
Ramen-san, I saw on X, he's apparently an industrial spy. He's an industrial spy, right
As an industrial spy, today he's going to spy somewhere, I heard. I'm going to eat too. There's no way he's going around ramen shops as a spy. The truth about that
Might be revealed today. I'll watch closely and talk about everything on my channel. Spy activity
Seriously. This time it's a project to eat salty ramen, but
A properly salty and delicious ramen. Is there one. Salty tends to become delicious, but. But actually, Izawa
I heard you like salty ramen too. I do like salty stuff. What I think is the ultimate salty-delicious ramen is Ganko
I think it's the taste. A little restraint. Don't say salty-delicious without eating it
Right. Ramen is salty. Endure and eat that
Mara, match it. Three people did. Amazing
Because it's someone else's channel, saying whatever
Of course you can come every day. So let's slurp together. Let's get started right away
Let's go
これ
This
Junsei, refined, that's
Basically the regular menu. Regular
This hundred
In Kanamachi it's quite different depending on the day, the so-called daily special menu. Right right right right. This one is really punchy. The so-called rich-type salty ramen. Ah
It says hundred, right. Ramen basically combines soy sauce tare and
boiled soup. Right right right. Hundred doesn't use soy sauce tare. It's made with just the umami of the ingredients, but it's super salty. That saltiness is what's amazing. Really
It's punchy enough to make you think, huh. Well
When salt comes out... that's what it is. So when salt comes out..., you'll want to ask, huh?
That's how it feels. Seriously. I'm also eating Kanamachi's hundred for the first time. Oh really. Actually my way of ordering is, well, tsuketama
There's this raw egg. Right right. After all, it's firmly umami. Eating it dipped in raw egg
Too. Ah, you like a little spicy. There's green chili too. I came today without eating anything for today. Oh really. A little transfer special with this feeling. I'll say. O
From the mouth, middle kuchai. The opposite of probe buncha
Drinks
Become incredibly delicious. After all, the body craves it. And this is really strange, but properly
Salty and the soup's kiko is rich, yet
I end up drinking it all. Ah, I drink it all every time. It's salty and delicious. So that's how it is. Yeah, there are definitely people who want to serve salty ramen. Yes. I do like salty too, I like it
Like chilled kombu-water soba
It was too salty and bitter
The pepper, you know. Ah, so it's the pepper's influence after all. The pepper is round
I wonder, regarding salt, the salt content was high too, but
It was light, wasn't it, that. Right, right. Taba-shi, taba, yes. Chilled kombu-water soba
It was rich. All spicy. Spicy, spicy. In terms of how much saltiness you feel, maybe the chilled kombu-water soba felt stronger. Yeah, well, certainly. The kombu-water soba side was rounded out by back fat and that chili
That one also with digestion and such
It had a kind of sweet feel so that was good, but yashi pepper, you know
What kind of part, the part might be kind of missing a bit
The chief and everyone first whether it's salty or not
First, the focus is on that, that's the new part, right. Well, it might actually contribute to health, whether it's salty or not. Ah, of course, we never really cared before, salt
Right, videos about intake, we don't watch them, right, right, right. Recently, even those numbers
have started to get attention
So, no, it's not salty. No, but it is almost salty. I've been watching a lot lately, so Chu-go, Chu-go, I don't watch
I only watch Chu-go, I only watch Chu-go. It's pretty salty
I'm doing various things, so
So are you doing that show? Sub, ah, something like that, I'm doing a show, but there are too many things I can't say, and recently finally that
Whether Mr.-san will appear or not, that much has been lifted, so from here it'll be gradually, but that original streaming service's
Ah, I can't say
I'm saying a little bit for some reason. That was a different story. So, is it okay. Someone called Odeur-san
Sorry, that's Tsukuda-san's fault
You watch too much, that thinking really. That
Holding it in hand, after all. Really? The origin was Neta-san's, there were various such things, but I also thought everyone knew it, so I do crazy things
Yes. There's no way I said it. I said it thinking everyone knew the bit, well, that's my fault. It's Tsukuda-san's fault. Let's stop
Even though we're finally trying to become mellow
Even though we're trying to become mellow and reconcile, that's fast, the resolution. Do more, maybe. Ah, more like clash. I want you to clash
Next week we're going to film a reconciliation video. Maybe that's fast. How many times. Again
Other people too, well, with the help of regulars and everyone, in the end whether the viewers are satisfied is what matters
There's a possibility. YouTuber-like. Right, and on the Odeur channel before, comments like I can't forgive, even if written, clinging. The people who wrote, well, I never tapped or anything
What's your recommended ramen lately? Suddenly, suddenly it's impossible. After saying all this, it's already impossible. Already
As expected, ah, that's right. That's right. Thank you

It goes down well. Yeah
うま
Delicious
It's salty but not salty. That's right. It's mysterious. For some reason you can drink it
That sushi ramen
Yeah yeah
Stubborn, you say
Originally there's a person called Iemoto. The founder of Ganko
That person is like a wandering ramen craftsman, isn't he. Yeah. Once he makes a shop and it becomes popular, he makes the disciple make a shop
And then he himself starts something new without interfering. And then go to the next shop and let them in. Like that. Cool. Yeah super cool. Already
He's moved away now. Yes. Consulting
He does it but says he won't lend a hand. It's not consulting. It's not consulting. He's doing it from scratch. The opposite of Shimaya
No good
よ
Hey
What. Cool. It's better not to come out. This is cool after all. Iemoto is seriously cool. Iemoto is cool, right. If he comes out it's a bit
He doesn't even do X, right. Iemoto, Iemoto's blog. Blog. Blog blog. Cool. Cool. This is cool. If Iemoto watches this, thank you. Yeah
The Sanzu might be intense. That's right. The umami Sanzu
The raw egg at just the right timing. Ah. In a glass. In a glass. But really
Yeah, this is delicious
The beef feeling. This is delicious
これ
This
Is delicious. Seriously only delicious comes out. Only delicious comes out. My impressions, like no, this is seriously delicious. Yeah
With toppings at your favorite timing
And. Yes. The chopped meat is also really salty and delicious. Is this chopped meat? Ah, that's right. That, this flavor is light. Yes. Even eating this alone it's quite salty, but this chopped meat is delicious so
うん
Yeah
I want to eat rice. That's right
Yeah. Wanting rice is a compliment. Was Hanamachi like that too? Rice and stuff was OK to bring in. Bringing in
That's right. Yotsuya is the main store. It seems some people bring in gyudon. Eh? Or like those supermarket sushi packs, there are people who bring those in and eat them. Eh, anything is fine
It seems anything is OK
You can't tell what ramen you're eating. If you're eating this, it's like whether it's Ie-kei or not doesn't matter anymore
It doesn't matter, doesn't matter, doesn't matter. It makes you not care. Seriously. This should line up at cardiology
With delicious things, if the salt is high you'll still eat it, in a trance too. Negomi-san
Quite
Ramen
はい
Yes
He likes it and in various meanings yes so ah, eat again and won't die. No
If you don't eat this you're missing 60% of life. Yeah
This is crazy. We came into the shop but
There was a person who looked like a regular. Every day
I heard they do継ぎ足し. Of course I understand. No, but it's different every day. The char is different every day. Taking dashi and grilling every day
Today we made dashi with turban shell. Yes. To the leftover soup, then tomorrow with swimming crab. I see. Like adding on top. That's how we're making it. But nobody understands, right. Tomorrow it might be crab dashi but with turban shell flavor too. I see. So this complexity
That's right. Impure or pure
It's written on the menu too. You can't tell at a glance, right. Yes yes, you can't tell. Impure is adding to the previous day's leftover soup. Ah I see. Yes. And pure is cooked up from zero. Ah what do you mean
ああ
Ah
うん
Yeah
これ
This
Yes. This is crazy. This is insane
You probably can't imitate it. Because this is so good, everyone would absolutely want to copy it. Ramen shops don't use turban shells. Question-wise, isn't the difficulty of getting it before eating also part of it
It doesn't seem like it can be manualized. There's nothing like that, it's more about your own intuition. There's this, but there's a spritzer
No, that might be it. It's a pretty occult-like ramen. This is, after all, packed with the charm of human effort. Yes. It's overwhelmingly delicious. Being made to wait for it now. Yeah
Man, if you add water to this you could drink it infinitely. I could go for it
The crucial part
You end up doing it. Liver pain. That kind of
Not like a performance of
If you watch it, it's heartbreaking. You're just gawking at my aura. That's no good. Are you going to do the crucial thing. No, Odin is crucial. It's amazing. No, so I have to show the crucial part of the back
This is seriously insane. Ie-kei kanjin is pretty insane too. Well, certainly
あ
Ah
