I've gone through one full cycle, so I'm doing this for the kids with all the things I've come to understand and see.
Well, originally I was a soccer player for Gamba, and through those connections, word of mouth,
I had too strong a desire to do something for Gamba, so I volunteered myself, like let me do it.
It started from talk like, it's not the Gamba playing in the Prince League, it's Agano where the youth shine in the Premier League.
Um, well I live here and do this,

And in the morning, just after waking up, the stomach is empty, and nutrition becomes necessary, so yes, it's easier to absorb.
They've been coming since this place was built, and they studied after coming here.

huh, it's the care using what Takahisa-kun gave us, and probably it compresses
to make legs feel lighter or something, probably
With air, when the air is released it feels good, well but you can do it while watching videos, so you can do care in your free time, so that's good.

To play soccer, well body type and weight,
well regarding those things
it's often talked about,
well the amount of rice and such,
well at this time we serve our own rice, so we decide the amount ourselves, I respect the players who collect the difference.
Observation skills, and snuffing out the opponent's attacks.

some think this isn't the place for me, and some come back saying they want to play here, it's about seeing with your own eyes and deciding

Well it's all dormitory system, so all the players playing soccer for Gamba Osaka Youth live here, live here.

fourteen second-years,
thirteen third-years plus one pro player, and since there's one pro player in his third year of high school, well, fourteen, so forty-

four in total. Naturally, since it's soccer, these are kids who aim to become pros, who want to become pros with Gamba Osaka. Well, there's also Gamba's junior youth, and...
Of course, kids coming from outside, from places like Okinawa, Nagoya, Shiga Prefecture, who live in this dormitory through soccer, go to school, and play soccer,

training both mind and body, young people like that.
Of course, that means it's about soccer, so meeting the soccer standards,
if you want to play soccer, this all-boarding three-year system,

Well, you know, looking at the times now, buzzwords are spreading even now.
Well, there's only that guy, and without something, you can't create volume, so I want to say it's glittery and lamé, but...
I'm putting in that kind of ingenuity.

I'm draining the excess oil.
I also added sake, so it helps remove the odor and has a tenderizing effect.
これで
With this,
remove it completely, drain more oil, and after that,
I'll season it, but, um,
by doing it twice, the excess oil is completely removed,
so when seasoning, the flavor soaks in more easily.
なります。
It becomes.
That really is right there at Panasonic Stadium.
Um, it's where Gamba's home games are held.
Well, right next to it is the youth training ground, well, there's a dedicated training ground, so it's a really great location.
You can train and eat right away, it's outstanding, isn't it.
はい。
Yes.
An environment where you can focus on soccer, which other clubs don't have, is in place here.
That's right here.
Everyone has several pairs of cleats, so that's where they store their cleats.
I played a little in a match.
In the second leg of the Hyakunen Koso League playoff against Tokyo Verdy, I played from about the 25th minute of the second half,
and well,
the atmosphere of the stadium, the support being different from youth, I was overwhelmed by the spectators.
The cheering was so amazing that my instructions and the coach's voice couldn't get through,
even when spoken to, I couldn't hear at all, I thought that was really amazing, and
I was able to play soccer in a place I've admired since I was little, with people I've admired, so it was a very good experience.
Well, if you don't keep at it, you won't get better or stronger, so keep going,
without losing to yourself, practicing every day, doing strength training, and so on.
Well, I try to live my life staying focused and consistent, not just in soccer but in other areas too.
Good morning.
I'll do my best.
I've been with Gamba since junior youth, since my first year of middle school, and well, my home is in Ibaraki, and middle schoolers don't live in the dorm,
So I commuted from home, but from my first year of high school in the youth team, it's a full dorm system and you absolutely have to live in the dorm.
And well, after about a month in the dorm, I can hang out with everyone and talk about soccer and
Ah, we take baths together and eat together, everything together, so we get really close, like family, and I spend every day happily
This dorm is super comfortable, yes.
There's no inconvenience at all, yes.
Okay, next
What is it, like.
I eat about five servings.
I do.
It's really good.
Furube-san, Furube-san, you eat a lot.
It feels like this.
90, seriously it's 100 points.
It's just the best.
It's really delicious.
The portion is insane.
This amount is crazy.
Already, already.
But until before.
After practice I always come back and say I'm home, I'm off, and say hello to the cafeteria staff,
Thinking that'll be gone in half a year makes me feel really sad somehow.
It's really fast.
After these six years, of course I'll play soccer in college too, and of course I'll keep aiming to go pro.
I think I'm really particular about it.
I think it's really well thought out, with protein and calories and all, I'm really grateful.
I wasn't homesick, but I felt this welling up feeling like, so this is what leaving your parents means, and honestly I almost cried.
But it's the path I chose myself, so the feeling of let's work hard was stronger.
Also, the dorm mother at the time told me,
She told me never forget your初心 / original intentions, and since then I've kept telling myself those words, I write in a notebook before matches,
And I always write at the end, never forget your初心 / original intentions,
For these whole six years.
So it's thanks to that dorm mother, and thanks to my family and everyone involved that I am who I am now.
That one is a soccer notebook, and this one is for dreams, a notebook I write in once a month, every month.
I think there are people who do it, but well, it's not mandatory, so I should write something good.
Since when have you kept that up?
I've kept this up since my first year of middle school.
Ah, that practice
I've kept writing about初心 / staying true to my beginnings the whole time.
It made me this strong and helped me grow, as a person and in soccer, I'm nothing but grateful.
I'm nothing but grateful for these six years during my growth period.
Is there like a meaning behind the name?
Well, it comes from spreading your wings to the world, to develop such players, it includes the character for soaring, and Gamba's blue color
Is how I see it, with the hope that as many such players as possible will emerge and take flight,
