えっと一回いっかいねあのメンツでそのままストレートでやったんですけどだいぶね濃こくてちょっとしょっぱいんで水みずで伸のばして砂糖入さとういれてちょっと甘あまめにしたんですよね。カツ丼どん全般ぜんぱんそうなんですけど家いえはちょっと甘あまめなのでまあお店みせの味あじに近ちかづけるようにまあ砂糖入さとういれて今回こんかいそれで作つくりました
I tried it once straight with mentsuyu, but it was quite strong and a bit salty, so I diluted it with water and added sugar to make it a bit sweeter. Katsu-don in general is like that, but mine is a bit sweeter, so to get closer to the shop's taste, I added sugar and made it that way this time.
