This time, I used plenty of leeks to make a stamina-packed, easy, and delicious leek-stuffed fried tofu Kinchaku, which is great for when your appetite drops during hot weather.
I tried making it.
Inside, the minced meat is seasoned with chicken stock, so you can eat it as is, or if you find it a bit bland, try adding some ponzu or sesame oil or any other seasoning you like. Itadakimasu.
Leeks are delicious.
So many leeks.
Yes, the moment it enters your mouth, the rich flavor of the leeks spreads gently, while the umami of the pork complements it, making it a very delicious recipe.
Actually, this time I used a bit more leeks, but since they're well mixed with the minced meat, they come together nicely. Really, when grilling, the meat and leeks become one, and the umami of the pork spreads throughout the leeks, making it very delicious to eat.
Since it's fried inside the fried tofu, even though I used plenty of leeks.
They don't fall apart or crumble, so you can eat them neatly. And since one bunch of leeks is quite a bit, even if you use only half, it's easy to chop, so you can use up the whole bunch without leftovers and neatly use up the ingredients. Even with a small amount of meat, if you add leeks properly.
They come together, and the umami of the pork.
It turns out delicious, and by adding cheese, the melted cheese inside is very delicious to eat
By opening the deep-fried tofu with dark soy sauce and frying the meat at high heat, the whole thing gains volume, and it pairs very well with the meatballs inside, making it very delicious to eat
By adding salt, then steaming and frying with water, the meatballs inside are thoroughly cooked, and finally, by evaporating the moisture and frying it crispy, the savory flavor of the deep-fried tofu also turns out very delicious
The cooking process is concentrated into just frying, making it easy to prepare
This time, it's a recipe that can be made easily and deliciously with chives as the main ingredient, a small amount of deep-fried tofu, and ground meat
You can also use deep-fried tofu from Shizuoka Prefecture, and sometimes there are comments saying that deep-fried tofu from Shizuoka Prefecture isn't available, but it's okay to cut the deep-fried tofu from Shizuoka Prefecture in half and use it
It's like a chive-packed version of dumpling meatballs stuffed into deep-fried tofu, and it becomes very delicious when eaten with rice or dipped in sauce
うん

Yes, so today we made a simple and delicious pan-fried pork with chives and cheese deep-fried tofu recipe using plenty of chives and just frying it until stuffed. It's a very delicious recipe with the rich flavor of chives, the umami of pork, and the volume of deep-fried tofu
It's a recipe where you can add plenty of chives and their flavor, making it delicious even during periods when your appetite is low, so why not give it a try if you're interested
