はいでは今回こんかい型がたは牛乳ぎゅうにゅうパックの空あきパックを使つかって型かたを作つくります牛乳ぎゅうにゅうパックを開ひらいて側面そくめん4枚まいに切きり分わけます

はいでは側面そくめん4枚まいに切きり分わけたらちょうど半分はんぶんの13.5センチの場所ばしょに印しるしをつけて縦たて半分はんぶんに切きります

ではメレンゲの半量はんりょう加くわえた合あわせたら今度こんどはメレンゲの入はいったボウルに卵黄らんおう生地きじを加くわえ
