Yes, hello everyone, this is Kakkchan.
Okay, so today,
we're going to make a simple recipe that can be made in the microwave without using heat even on hot days,
I'm going to show you how to make cheap, high-protein, and voluminous hijiki tofu by simply microwaving the ingredients.
So let's get started right away. The ingredients are mushrooms, silken tofu 1/2 (110 grams), egg,
pieces (chopped),
green onions 20 grams, store-bought hijiki,
grams. Other detailed seasonings and ingredients are listed in the video description, so please refer to that.
Yes, so this time we'll be making tofu using mushrooms and silken tofu, and you can just use it as is.
You can use it as is, but if you don't have mushrooms and silken tofu, you can also use regular tofu. Mushrooms and silken tofu 1/2 (110 grams),
Put it in a bowl and mix with a fork until it becomes a paste,
Yes, mix until the tofu loses its shape and becomes a paste,
Add 2 eggs, beat the eggs, and mix them together.
Once the eggs are beaten and mixed, since this is a simple recipe, we'll use store-bought hijiki.
The amount is small, 70 grams, so this kind of hijiki is probably available at supermarkets, but please try using this seasoned hijiki for simmered dishes.
So it already has flavor and seasoning, so just add a pack of hijiki (70 grams). Yes, then add the chopped green onions (20 grams) last.
Set aside a small amount for topping later. Green onions.
Set aside a small amount and add, then mix together.
After adding the hijiki and green onions and mixing together,

Wrap tightly so that it sticks to the heat-resistant bowl or dish.

After heating, let it sit for 1-2 minutes to ensure it's thoroughly cooked with residual heat. While that's resting, heat the other serving in the same way. After heating and letting it rest for 1-2 minutes, remove the wrap from the top. Yes, after removing the wrap, cover the dish with a plate on top of the bowl.
Flip the bowl over and remove the wrap and ingredients.
Yes, then flip it over with the wrap, place the ingredients on a plate, and in the heating container, add a tablespoon of water,

Prepare the water and potato starch.

Yes, after mixing, microwave at 600 watts for 1 minute, and to prevent lumps, take it out once halfway and stir everything before continuing to heat.
Yes, heat for a total of 1 minute, and once it's thickened, pour it over the plated ingredients.

After pouring the sauce, sprinkle the green onions you set aside in the center.

Yeah. The abundant ingredients with tofu and eggs are fluffy, and the sauce poured generously on top goes well with the ingredients, making it very delicious.
So, today you can just use it as is, and by combining it with eggs, it sets nicely without needing to season it, so you can quickly and easily make it deliciously whenever you want.
By microwaving with eggs, the ingredients set nicely
The generous fillings inside also come together nicely, making it voluminous and delicious.
For the fillings inside, I used store-bought simmered dishes this time. Well, you can probably buy various ingredients, though.
I thought I could make it, but during this hot season, cooking tends to get delayed, and even then,
By using store-bought products effectively, you can make it easily
By using store-bought products, you can make it easily even if you can't buy various ingredients.
Store-bought things like dried daikon, sesame hijiki, or hijiki are easy to use, and making it with those is delicious.
By combining with green onions, the flavor of the onions is added, and the color also becomes beautiful, resulting in a delicious finish.
No heating with fire is needed, and it can be made easily. By wrapping a bowl or similar in a microwave-safe container and microwaving it, you can easily remove it by covering with a plate and flipping it over.
It turns out nicely on top, solid and well-cut. With just this, you can go with rice, it definitely goes well with rice.

You can eat it as a side dish as is, and since it's generously topped with well-seasoned sauce, the flavor matches perfectly with rice.
Also, no seasonings are used for the tofu and eggs, but by simmering with the simmered dish and generously topping with sauce, the overall flavor balance is good and it's very delicious to eat.
